Advanced Mechatronic Solution Divider

Mechatronic solution, based on Md² technology, originally realized for sorting in beverage field. The Divider increases production rates, reduces noise levels and facilitates size-change procedures throughout the process. The structure is based on a unique compact linear motor equipped with two mobile and independent coils performing a double movement . One of the mobile heads, which is bound to a link block, enables the kinematic motion that moves the dividing channel ; the second head moves the telescopic channel , which lines-up the products to be distributed. The original kinematic mechanism is protected by international patent .
